Poor Bruce. His life before he came to the Sanctuary is mostly a mystery, but we do know that he was passed around from home to home. All that moving around has made him a little untrusting of humans. He really wants attention, and can be a little vocal if he doesn't get it. But he's not sure what to do once he gets your attention. Life hasn't given him much reason to believe he's going to have friends. You have to be willing to build a relationship with him if you want him to step up. He would love a home with a cockatoo-savvy person, who is willing to put a real effort into changing his life and making him part of theirs.
